IT Operations Specialist

We are looking for a customer service-oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered the firm’s subject matter expert and will solve complex technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service while troubleshooting client issues via phone, remote tools and e-mail on various OS platform such as Window, linux and Mac OS
  • Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Performs minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment according to company standards.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
  • Maintains account and inventory records.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in providing End-User Support Experience
  •  Strong hands-on PC environment troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service orientation with Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter, Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
  • Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma in Computer or IT related equivalent certification is desirable
